Yesterday I felt the need to make some blueberry scones.
They taste okay, but they don’t look so hot. I would probably not use this recipe again.
For dinner, I made the butternut squash from PPK. It did not disappoint. I have the feeling I will eat this 2-3 more times this week. It was really easy (assuming you have decent knives to cut through the squash), and very very very delicious.
I’m off to go try a (new) frozen yogurt place (Thanks Janet!), so I think I can say my week’s challenge of getting out of my food rut was a success.
